Possession of drug paraphernalia may land Kane man back in prison

A Kane man found with drug paraphernalia may be returned to state prison on a parole violation.
Todd Harold Stahli Jr., 24, of 117 1/2 Greeves St., Kane, was arrested Thursday afternoon at his residence.
Kane Police Chief Heath Boyer filed the charges, which include the possession of three hypodermic needles, the possession of a glass pipe-like object and the possession of a red two-inch long straw with residue.
